Volume Wheel acting as a volume balance instead

If I increase my volume, it increases the volume on the left speaker and less on the right and vice versa. Any ideas?

Other than that .. reload audio drivers perhaps? Maybe mouse drivers if you're using them.

Didn't do a thing to be honest. I'm just using some generic mouse.
