I think my vsync is all messed up. In every game I play on my tv display (hdmi) the game is out of sync about 2/3 down the screen. Is there a way to fix this in windows?

In other words, need more info.

It keeps happening even on youtube videos. I opened AMD Engine and it said my TV reported 70hz which might be the problem but I don't know how to fix that.

It is an LG TV with trumotion (120 hz) and I cannot figure out how to turn it down to 60 hz

my graphics card is a 6850

also I just looked it up and I think it is called screen tearing. It happens horizontally.

fixed it. I tried messing with everything and finally I went to "screen resolution" and set it to only display on display 1 (TV) so it only displays on 1 display at a time instead of setting it to "duplicate display" where it displays the same desktop on both my monitor and tv
