im trying to login into my computer and i forgot my pw

give safe mode a shot, im not sure how much you can do with it though.

i forgot to mention its a laptop too,
i cant turn it off or anything, it prevents to do it.

download ophcrack for vista (works on 7), burn it, reboot the laptop to the cd, let it do its thing, it will recover your password

I have a windows password cracker kinda like it - works for all versions. just boot and it does most of the work for you. you just select which account and it erases the password.
