i have a water cooled pc with clear rubber hose and the hoses are sucking closed,i put some wire ties around them and it helped a little but is there a way to fix it for good,or is there something else wrong

Sucking closed? You must have a beast of a pump or very soft tubing, it is more likely that you are trying to turn too tight a bend. Show us some pics, as _AKIMbO_ said. There may be a better way to route your tubing to avoid kinks, or use some angled fittings.

could be just very soft tubing or over time your tubing has gotten soft (it happens)
replace it with new tubing

if its in a bend anti-kink coils (promchill makes some)

You shouldn't have that much tubing for a CPU-only loop. Either figure out a way to run the tubing in a more direct fashion, or completely take out one of the radiators.

i purchased this unit from micro center already put together and they said it needed 2 radiators because it ran hot with one,would this be the reason for it sucking some of the hoses closed its been ok for 4 months
