I went out and bought a digital termometer and I stuck it in my res. It is reading 13.3C right now. The air going into my radiator according to the thermometer is about 3.8C. Right now my cpu is reading 18C through speedfan.

If I got better fans for the radiator, (Right now I am using 4 X 56CFM fans, 2 on top and 2 on bottom) would I see a decrease in temps?

Also I am guessing but I would decrease my cpu temps to about the 13C mark if I run my cpu with out the IHS. Right? That seems like the average drop after removing it, about 5-6C.

Any opinions about this?

You would see better temps, but not much. ((2c 4c)) depending on room temps.
Room temps play a big role in computer temps.

I have felt my room at about 60 deg. and had my system run at 24c-26c idle.

That would be why i am dreading summer temps.

Also the more CFM, the loader it will become.
