Get any farther last night after you got off MSN? You should be able to get 5.0 at least for a max.

No, I am going to go for a run later today when it gets a little cooler. Try 1.7v vcore I guess.

Ok, here are some of my final pics. In the CPU socket, I spread a good amount of di-electric grease on the CPU socket, and then taped around the socket with gorilla tape. I then put some di-electric grease around the outside of the CPU (ontop of the tape) to make it airtight. I also put on a thin layer of AS Ceramique on my waterblock and my CPU. Pictures mostly explain this process

Very good information Wowza... Excellent job in fabricating! I had thought of something simliar to that but the mrs. wouldn't let me. I had thought of putting my water cooler in a mini-fridge in the freezer and use it when the PC is on. Not really sure if it would be worth it or not... Your idea on the other hand is AWESOME! I don't really want to put that grease and gum stuff all over my components, not really looking for negative numbers, although close to 0 would be nice. Will be anxiously waiting for more results! Good luck on that 5!!!

Yes, the insulation work is a major downside to this project, but it keeps my components working

I haven't hit 5 yet, I booted at 4.9GHz, but was unable to take a scrennie. A few seconds ago, I realised my Danner Mag5 was pissing everwhere. These pumps have real problems with internal leaking. Once their sealed up, they make great pumps. I guess I am going to have to put in for a better/more durable pump than the Mag5. Probably will be looking at an Iwaki or Little giant. ~500GPH or something like that would be nice. The higher the flow, the better, all about core temps here

If anyone could help, I posted an ad in the FS section.
