Weird Hard Drive error

After i reformatted i can no longer gain access to my spare hard drives, All i get is this message over and over, Does anyone know what has caused it and how to fix it?

You had to resize it so we cant read it eh...
Go to disk manager and see if they are disabled or marked as foreign. If they are foreign then import them, if they are disabled enable them. If it says something else tell us what it says.
That's caused by some particularly nasty malware the name of which I forget right now. Go clean your computer out.

i run F-Secure 2009, and i did a full computer system scan, and it came back with nothing, Any idea on what malware it would be so i could narrow it down?

Where is disk manager located again, Ive forgotten been to long since ive had to use it.

Start, control panel, performance and maintenance, administrative tools, computer management, disk management.

Right click Computer (desktop) > Manage > and disk Management is at the bottom in the left panel.

Well for my hard drives they say, D: is my boot, C: is my "system"? and E: is my other spare, and they all say "Online"

install spybot 1.6.2, update, scan, clean... done

Well i gave it a go, and they say to clean my registry but what they say leads me no where, the registry they tell you to delete doesnt even exist in there... Any other ideas?

I was told and it seems that well on "google" that it is a registry issue... but what they tell you do is delete a few registry files and restore some others but when i go to delete the first registry file... its not listed where they say its suppost to be.
