ok so i over clocked my 560 too 1000mhz and in all the bench tests im getting lower scores.... shouldn't my scores be going higher? (stock is 900mhz)

Maybe. You could also try a higher voltage too.

yea i did i set it too 1.12v and it goes through the full test without the screen messing up (eg. go black saying drivers crashed ect)just my scores are around 100-150 lower then stock
