My x800xl had a waaaaaping 5 fps during the demo on 3dmark 06. Pretty fast huh? I think the X800xl are begining to suffer the same fate as the all mighty 9800. Upgrades are going to be a must for you guys who have X850 and down.
The test really made me shed a tear, farewell ol'X800

I just bought my X850 Pro AGP in 2/2006. Why??

I bought my Dell Brand new in 2003 with top of the line everything for 1200 bucks. Now close to 3 years later it is medium level for gaming. For another 100 in ram and 220 for the card, I just bought another 1.5-2 years.

Any moron can buy the best and fastest. A smart man buys what works for far less.
