I want to replace my 230mm fan on my HAF 932 with 4 120mm fans but im not sure what fans to get. i need a fan with high CFM.

i did find this fan the YATE LOON 120mm the rpm is 2400 and the cfm is 88 and they are only £4 are there any fans that have a higher cfm but not to expensive.

You mean the side panel fan, right? Yates would be perfect for that location.
i got the yate loon medium speed fans today and I must say I like them! quite to my ears even at 1500 rpm and Ive got 3 of them

I replaced the stock fans on my case with noise blockers (xl2 model) and it made a huge difference in the noise, and little to no difference when it comes to the system's temperatures.

I made before / after videos, plus a screen shot of the waveforms of my PC's noice

so if you are looking for ultra-high cfm, i dont know, but i you need silence, this is a good choice imo
i have a fan that is very caplable at 7V, and still stays quiet but at max rpm = 12V it's very loud, so i cannot really reccmend it, but if you only need cfm, it might do the tricks, - its also not very expensive.
im talking about this model: http://www.plexyo.com/6-541966-B0026...R_20AC_GP.html

-totally removed the 80-and 92-mm fans
-replaced all 120 mm fans with nb's

before (video) - stock fans + a few mods http://vimeo.com/7841517

afer (video) - no 80&92mm's, replaced all 120mm fans with nb's http://vimeo.com/7841720
