What app is this?

I saw a screenshot of a desktop and I can't remember where, but I saw an application that went from the top right side to the bottom right side of the screen and each box told the user the voltage of the different things you would watch voltage on. Such as v-core, vtt, nb, sb, etc. I believe it had a blue background and the numbers looked the way numbers do on alaram clocks with the block style numbers.

edit: also if you know what program I am speaking of, is it accurate, worthwhile?

anyone care to show me a pic, it wasn't on the bottom it was from the top of the right side of the screen to the bottom, and don't you have to pay to get that stuff out of everest, I tried the trial version, and wasn't impressed, but if its worth it and accurate I might as well.
Sure , here :

1 ) I have a Dutch version. No other to the English version than the language.
2) I turned them all on for you.

thanks ben, I gotta keep looking to find what I saw, it was about the size of the windows sidebar, and would work great on my second monitor, plust everest wants 35 bucks for that program, which doesn't seem worth 35 to me, maybe 10, or 15 lol.
There is a Vista sidebar gadget that sounds similiar, seen it in a thread here a while back but can't remember where the download link was, so i've upped it to FileFactory for you
