CPUID HWMonitor does not report negative offset voltages correctly. If my laptop CPU was getting an additional 2 volts on top of the 1 volt it is already getting, it would have been dead a long time ago.

It looks like the IA Core Voltage is not being reported correctly either. Positive offset voltages should be OK and the VID is correct.
