Get <a href="http://shintai.ambition.cz/files/tat.exe" target="_blank">TAT</a> or <a href="http://www.thecoolest.zerobrains.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=137" target="_blank">Core Temp</a><br />
Those two utilities take the temps directly from the cores. The limit is 85C, but of course you want to stay way below that. I'd say anything below 65C is good.<br />
I am running at 3.4GHz and about 58C. At 3.51GHz I hit a bit over 60C.
