I looked at a few flash vids, but they are small so I can't really tell the graphics quality on PC

And I've never seen PS3 or xbox360

So what PC games are its graphics roughly on the same level as?

Well um. There's not much but here are a couple.

1. Battlefield Bad Company 2
2. Metro 2033

First one is debatable.

And if you're looking for something better, I'd say Crysis (it has DX 10 support!)

Really give Metro 2033 a try. Shogun 2 i hear look pretty fantastic and is getting DX11 support soon.
