hi guys im looking for a new ATI GPU. I like the look of the XFX 4850 but people have said i would be better off with a 4770 but they look realy naff and cheap. is there any 4770's that dont all look all the same?

4770? 4850? Why not the 4870? Prices for the 4850 and the 4870 is like a few bucks off

I would go 4870 1GB if I have to pick between 4770 and 4870. 4770, 4850 or 4870 is fine for that LCD.

i really would try get a 4890 man because in the future you could crossfire them to have an epic rig

HD 4870 1GB is more preferred but the 512MB version will work just as well for the LCD your using

i would really go to the cheapest 4850 and wait until dx11 cards come out in 3 month. then go for that.

i'm sure you won't regret. but if you don't want to upgrade very soon. go 4890. hands down.

I agree with the HD 4890 but if the prices for the HD 4890 isn't in your budget than the second best would be the HD 4870

can anyone find a XFX 4870 in the uk for around £100?
