What Block?

I'm gonna order some stuff tonight and I'm confused with either getting a Apogee XT or a Heatkiller Rev.3 LT (Heatkiller is slightly cheaper). I'm currently leaning more towards an Apogee XT at the moment.

I have a meduim-low speed flow (Pump set at 3 I think due to the speed knob breaking!) so I just want to know what would be better. Here is a review on them on XS http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...d.php?t=235967

So what would you guys want to hit up? (It would be helpful if you could say why
)

Thanks!

i believe the Apogee XT is just ahead of the heatkiller. I know the heatkiller is kinda restrictive, so i think you'd be better off with an Apogee XT

just to point out, from that link you posted it looks like the XT is more restrictive than the the HK (1.38gpm vs 1.77gpm). now if this is accurate, this might hurt performance of other blocks in ur loop. if ur doin a cpu only loop then they are close enough in performance to base ur decision on price (hk is a little cheaper, make sure u get the backplate) or simply by looks. also keep in mind if you plan on using compression fittings u'd have to get 45 degree rotary fittings for the HK, but normal compression fittings would fit just fine on the XT (after rotating the inlet of course), so just a few things to think of

I'm only running a CPU loop. So I guess ill just go for the XT
