Well the 3200 might, I have the 4000 so I guess it uses different chips and in that case I'd get the 4000 because CH5 isnt very good.
But my friend is giving me that RAM for free, and is sure beats my crappy Corsair ValueSelect. http://forum.pcstats.com/showthread.php?p=269302
So it looks like I'm gunna have to volt mod my motherboard in order for me to get the RAM running at <250MHz speeds, because I'm going to need like 3.4V, and my motherboard only runs up to 3.3v, because the RAM Vreg runs off the 3.3v rail (4v RAIL DIMM mod for my DFI LP NF3 250GB).
