the psu isn't that good. from the primary choice i recon this build is for gaming. if so grab this
Also ditch that MSI mobo and get Gigabyte UD3H

Other than that everything is fine.. one question though why DVI to HDMI???

also i noticed you are spending about 200USD on the accessories. Headphones and Keyboard and Mouse. I would go easy on those. grab a 7970 and a better monitor and do these along the way later

well that's what i meant.. state your budget.. let me overview your components.
CPU: Excellent choice
Mobo: get the UD3H.
Cooler and TIM: Just get the CM EVO 212 and save 15$
Ram: get the Ripjaws and save 7 Bucks
HDDs and GPU.. i agree
Case: get the Storm Scout 2 and save 20$
PSU: get theCorsair 500W save 20 bucks and your rig shouldn't draw more than 500W unless you will Xfire in the future.
want a Gaming Keyboard get the Loitech G105 Save 20$
Now we have saved you 82 Bucks.. either use these to get the 7970 or a better monitor

i will let you think that through and i'll make you a rig on pcpartpicker and post later

For that build? Easily. Corsair PSUs are not slouches.
