i want to make a tec cpu cooler for my friends cpu down to 0 degrees celsius i know how to insulate but i need an exact list of parts and websites to those parts for this settup he has a way big enough case

its a 3960k btw and a full water cooled system were trying to get as close to digital storms cryo tech cooler as possible please help

As for the rest you'll need to provide more information. How far do you plan on overclocking the CPU? How much voltage will you be applying to achieve said overclock?, by 0c do you intend to hold the CPU at 0c loaded?, etc. It's doable.
