I need A Moduler Power Supply That can handle all of theses Listed Below

Case: Color Master HAF 912

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H

CPU: i7 3770k ( I Do plan On overclocking to at least 4.5Ghz or a little Higher)

GPU: MSI Nvida GTX 670 Power Edition ( Might add Another Later on )

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB

SSD: Samsung 830 64GB

Hard Drive: Western Digital Caviar Green 2TB

CPU Cooler: Corsair Hydro Series H100i

Optical Drive: Sony AD-7280S-OB

My Budget is atleast $90 or Lower.

MicroCenter's PSU selection is a lot worse, with higher prices generally. You're looking for roughly 600W+ to be safe, maybe less if you don't really run full load and don't overclock the 670s much. Unfortunately, their selection around ~650W sucks, and power supplies under that usually would require molex adapters for SLI anyway, so might as well bump up.

Can you stretch to $100? There's the Thermaltake Smart 750W (SP-750M) for $100 before $20 rebate:

Or you can get mostly the same thing under Corsair's name (CX750), with downgraded fan and internals and no modular cables, for $85 before $10 rebate:
