What is a safe voltage to run on a E6600

Hi guys i have overclocked my E6600 to 3ghz without changing the voltage, cpu-z says that it varies between 1.280 - 1.312. I wouold like to up the speed some more but it crashes loading windows! what would be a safe voltage to use and could you tell me what values that i need to change in the bios, to change the voltage my mobo is a Asrock 4coreN73PV

pretty much what ive always gone by. Another thing to consider is if the nuber changes to red in the BIOS it is above Intels spec sheet iirc

with good cooling you can go 1.55v
Thanks guys, thats a great help! however i am not sure on what setting to change in my chipset option for voltage i have -

DRAM - which i have upped to 2.0v for my kingston hyperx ram
VTT Voltage - which is on auto
VDDQ Voltage - also on auto





I dont see vcore voltage any where not even in cpu options, just getting a bit lost
