I am reading on things about the Deep Web and Silk road and i came across an explanation on wikipedia on why Deepwebs can not be indexed and found by Search Engines (Crawlers)
But there are a couple of nouns that i don't quite understand and i could not find an explanation on google.

Questions:
What are database queries?
What is a dynamic page?
How do Hidden Services work?

Thanks in advance

A database is an optimal way to store data and organize it. Accesing such data is very easy and fast for application, even for gigantics databases, with billions of entries.
When you use facebook and search for a friend it's actually looking on a database, in a table of users composed of millions and millions of people, and it only takes a few moments to match some entries.
Searching on a database is done with queires, which are propared statements that databases can understand.
Basic functions of queries is the CRUD function: Create, Read, Upadte and Delete.

As for what is a dynamic page, it is not a static page. And a static page is a page on a website that always has the same content. A dynamic page is every page that is not static, and they usually use databases to get information from, based on what user is accessing the page, what day it is, etc, etc, etc.

I don't know how to answer your last question.

Hidden Services sounds something like a dynamic proxy redirect. I did a quick google search and ran into this.
https://www.torproject.org/docs/hidden-services.html.en

Basically, the service tells a server that it exists, then when a person wants to access that service, they agree to send data to server in the middle. The server in the middle resends the data back and forth between them. The middle server will have the IP's to both clients, but neither client will know the address of the other.
