I am looking to make a motherboard upgrade to Pci express for a better graphics card. What is the best Amd and Intel motherboard currently, price not being an issue?

Also, I have a P4 socket 478 3.4ghz currently. What is the best INTEL Pcie mob that woudl enable me to use my current processor?
