It's just that the Sapphire version has a longer write-up. The ATI cards do all that as well, it's just not listed on the Newegg write-up. All Sapphire are doing is taking the ATI manufactured cards and shipping them. The Sapphire x1900xt cards and the ATI x1900xt cards are identical, except for the picture on the cooler.
Sorry, don't have 3Dmark01. Scored over 6500 3DMark06 points though if that's any help.

All the x1900xt cards have exactly the same clock speeds at present 625/1450 and the XTX cards are slightly higher at 650/1550.

None of the X1900 cards come with any clock speeds higher then stock reference as of yet, none of them have a non reference cooler either.

The only real differences will be:

The box
The bundle (apps and games)
The sticker on the heatsink
The PRICE

So get whichever is cheapest, which is usually the Sapphire ones.
