Yeah, it is a Bluetooth dongle. I used one a while back to enable some Bluetooth headphones for my pc but you can use it to connect any Bluetooth device to your pc, that is, if your pc doesn't already have built in Bluetooth. A lot of motherboards nowadays have this capability. Then again, a lot of motherboard's on board Bluetooth have really weak signal strength. That's why these little devices come in handy. They're typically better than the on board crap.

Straight from the Newegg Description:

Basically, it's a dongle that'll allow you connect a Bluetooth device to your PC. You hit it right on the head.

I was trying to find what this is and i kept hearing the term "dongle" and you guys are using it to

whats a dongle? lol
also, im thinking of just buying this since its on sale for only $5

"Dongle" is a funny word....but yeah, what spartan said is exactly what it is.
