Long story short, I purchased a bunch of random stuff from some guy and I don't know what this is. I've tried matching it to images off online vendors, but no dice for me. Thanks in advance to anyone that can help.

Test it with the output unconnected and see how hard does it push the water.

I believe it has some kind of strong output
