What monitor to buy

Hey, i need some advice on monitors. Here is some of my criteria.

19-21 inch viewable
over 100hz refresh rate on 1024x768 preferably like 100-120 on that resolution
UNDER $200, preferably as cheap as we can get
try to have black but not necessary at all
perfect flat
hopefully anit-static/anti-glare etc all those feautres

check out the Viewsonics at tigerdirect.com.... sometimes they have refurbs or blems that can be fairly cheap and they're one of the best for CRT gaming... if you can spend a few more bucks you can get a sweet one but they are all basically re-branded sony's or samsung's now in the CRT market.

Just avoid the value brands like MAG and Tiger's house brand... they last a year tops i'm told.

I have never seen a monitor with a higher refresh rate than 85Hz at anything over 1024x768.

You can find them but they're in the 6-7000$ range and are for PRO modeling stations... most have been replaced by LCD's but you can still find em... as far as getting over 100mhz that's impossible... a CRT's EM Gun would melt at that rate.

poke around www.pricewatch.com and google for reviews. anandtech.com and pcworld.com has some good reviews.
