It might be Foobar.

Could be SamurizeII. It could do that stuff pretty quickly and more.

Rainmeter. The media player is part of Enigma. The other one is HUD Vision.

Omg, thats some finnish' guy's desktop

Cool stuff. I use just Rocketdock lol. I wanna try that media player out though.
