What RAID controller to use

Hi all, Hope you can help me. I am going to set up my PC with RAID 0 tomorrow evening but am not to sure which RAID controller to use.

I have this at home and have ordered this motherboard which is arriving tomorrow.

I am using 2 Seagate 500GB Barracuda 7200.12 SATA3 Drives for my RAID.

So my question is, now that Ive given you most of the details, is which RAID controller will be better to use for performance. The dedicated PCI-E card or the onboard? i will be mostly gaming on this setup.
