I'm not completely in the loop as far as RAM IC lingo and what is best where. I see "Samsung B die" thrown around as being the 'best', and that an E die and D die exist too; I don't have a clear idea of the timeline that these were created and why B die is considered 'best'. So what RAM IC do I have? Don't have a working DDR4 platform right now to check.

got my equipment up and running and found the RAM IC checking program and it is indeed.
