I'm looking to buy new RAM for my computer, somewhere in the 120-180 price range...I want to overclock it so I'm looking for the best RAM to overclock with an Intel P4 3.2 Ghz w/ HT, 2mb of l2 cache....What RAM would u guys recommend buying it if yo u we're looking to overclock it...

I'm pretty biased but I'm using the OCZ Gold Revision 2 (2X512mb) DDR500 and it works great.

or anything OCZ, good brand

The value series sucks for OC.
