Here are some motherboard functions... for the hardware monitor on my board.

cpu fan max duty cycle: 20 30 40 50 60 70 80 90 100
cpu fan min duty cycle: 0 10 20 30 40 50 60 70 80 90 100

cpu config:
microcude updation: e/d
secure virtual machine mode: e/d
cool n quiet: e/d
asus core unlocked: e/d
c1e support: e/d

cpu frequency and so on...

I tried to go 3.75 already and my load temps are 63
stable 37 celcius of course.

core voltage 1.14v
any other info u want ask me!
btw i have an corsair h50 water cooled cpu cooler

it throttles at low load and goes up to 1.44 under stress

Hey, if your able to push your multi to 18.5 it will give you 3.7ghz but you'll also need to push the voltage slowly.

so up the multi just a little then get it stable and repeat untill you get to 3.7ghz

Too much, maximum safe temperature is 62C for your CPU. Your cooler should be doing better. What's your ambient temperature? Have you cleaned your case recently?

Your Core voltage is 1.14V? Also with such high temps have you tried reseating?

Make sure the H50 pump is plugged into a fan slot

I can't see your pic because my work filters it, but make sure you're overclocking your cpu-nb if you're looking for actual performance gains. It's more important than cpu speed on your chip for fps.
