What settings and frequency should I adjust to get my 965 to 3.7?

Here are some motherboard functions... for the hardware monitor on my board.
I have an asus m4a87td usb 3
THose settigns on the bios arent mine. Thats a sample photo to show u the functions

Cpu q fan function: e/d
cpu q-fan mode: silent, manual, turbo, standard

cpu fan speed low limit: 500 rpm 400 300 200 100 ignored
cpu fan max duty cycle: 20 30 40 50 60 70 80 90 100
cpu fan min duty cycle: 0 10 20 30 40 50 60 70 80 90 100

cpu config:
microcude updation: e/d
secure virtual machine mode: e/d
cool n quiet: e/d
asus core unlocked: e/d
c1e support: e/d

cpu frequency and so on...

I tried to go 3.75 already and my load temps are 63
stable 37 celcius of course.

core voltage 1.14v
any other info u want ask me!
btw i have an corsair h50 water cooled cpu cooler

it throttles at low load and goes up to 1.44 under stress

I can't see your pic because my work filters it, but make sure you're overclocking your cpu-nb if you're looking for actual performance gains. It's more important than cpu speed on your chip for fps.
