ive just upgraded my gpu from a zotac 460 gtx to a evga 760gtx but im not sure which would be better sell the 460 or use it as a psy x card or just keep it for an emergency ?

I would either keep it for a backup or put it in your system as a dedicated folding card.

Check the list of games that actually have great physX support: some of them are said to have physX but it's just a meaningless detail that won't matter if you have a dedicated card or not.
Do you actually play or plan on planing those games?

I'm of the opinion that a dedicated physX card is 99% of the time just extra heat and power draw.

As for an emergency, I would rather have a cheap card, not a capable gtx 460.

In short, if it was me, I would sell it.

I always have a back up card and if you dont have one then keep it as a back up card lol.

When something happens to your new GPU your going to need something to test or even use

thanks guys i will keep it for emergency for now and sell it when its time to do another upgrade which will be sometime next year planning on making a nass storage unit to hold a lot off harddrive
