Check the list of games that actually have great physX support: some of them are said to have physX but it's just a meaningless detail that won't matter if you have a dedicated card or not.
Do you actually play or plan on planing those games?
I'm of the opinion that a dedicated physX card is 99% of the time just extra heat and power draw.
As for an emergency, I would rather have a cheap card, not a capable gtx 460.
