6-32, 1 1/4" are what you're looking for. I bought a pack of 25 from here:

Model Fixings UK

These are apparently very easy to find in DIY stores in the USA. In Europe it seems to be harder, hence the above link (I couldn't find them anywhere else!).

The screws are the perfect length and diameter to fit into watercooling radiators through 25mm thick fans and to mount on to the case. This size is also the size recommended by Corsair for their H50, H60 and H70 watercooling kits.

I believe HardwareLabs specifies the size as M4. So, use this size. However, as M4 is metric, it might be harder to find in the US. Try Sears Hardware. If you cannot find it, I suppose using 6-32 as a substitute is feasible.
As a fan is 25mm thick, you need just a little bit longer than this. You might not get the right length and have to trim down the length yourself.

I advise bringing the rad and a fan to the store and actually size it up on location. The screws must not be too long as its passing through the threaded hole may damage the fins. Exercise care here.

M4 * 30mm, readily available at most hardware stores, or you can even get them online. Any of these screws will do fine.

Found out this the hard way, used 1-1/4 screws and it punctured one of my rad. I emailed the rad manufacturer (xspc) and they confirmed its 30mm (#6-32 x 30mm) which is close to 1-3/16 of an inch. This allows for ~5mm of space when using a 25mm fan. to be on the safe side, I would go w/ 1-1/8" if you can't find 1-3/16" or 30mm. I ended up using a couple of washers for the 1-1/4 screws I have to shortened the length down to 1-1/8"

Be extremely careful with the screws, the gentler the turns, the less likely to puncture the channels. I just stop turning when there is a bit of resistance. Also, a lot of retailers are listing rad screws @ 1-1/4" (ie, ppcs).

Good to know actually, thank you. I did use 6-32 1-1/4" screws myself and found them to be long enough and not too long that it caused me problems with my XSPC RX360 radiator. Having said that, I'll be careful if I have to remove the radiator and put it back on!
