get a sound card. i picked up a creative sb x-fi xtrememusic for $30 and love it.
Sidwinder x8? That or a cheaper solid state disk. You could also sell your graphics card and maybe even get a 4850x2 or 4890 for around $160. I know I got my 4850x2 for $165.
Hmm, not a bad idea, but anything higher range i could get, not saying thats a bad soundcard, just saying for 100 bucks coul di get more?
Do you have an XBOX 360 Controller for Windows (wireless or wired). If not I'd recommend that.
Yep already have that
Thanks for the Suggestion as yes, that is wonderful to have.

I say go with another 9800GT for SLI, they should have good deals.
Sound Card
[On Board]

Asus Xonar or a Creative something
TEh, problem is i woul dhave to get another waterblock, and besides i really only play mild games, like WoW, COD 4, and it runs fine, oced to the max, and If you recommend a soundcard can i get some links please?

EDIT: Very Satisfied with my Speakers. Logitec X-540
There is a simple compromise at hand...

Sell your current GPU then spend XX$ of your grandparents 100$ towards a newer card such as the 4890...

Depending on what you choose you should have more than enough ash left over for a sound card
Again though, my GPU is fine for what I play, and I am actually very proud of the O.C i have on it and oddly enough sort of Attached to the card.

I'm sorry what?

Your on overclock.net and as far as we are concerned its upgrade time all the time

Do it...Just do it

On another note a cheap sound card and maybe a racing wheel or some joysticks

How about speakers or headphones? Do have any need in that area? Are there any games you want? If not then there's not much besides a sound card and painting the inside of your HAF black. Grandparents: What would you like for Christmas? Grandson: A can of black spray paint.
Grandparents: Really that's it?
Grandson: Yes.

You could get the Creative Titanium sound card from NewEgg for $99 (are they still doing the free shipping for it?
).
It's a great card. PCIe x1, so make sure that you've got a free slot.
