Whats up everyone...I've been looking around on this forum for the past month or so and figured I'd sign up and give a shot at overclocking. The sig tig that I put up is what I am in the process of building. I don't have all the parts yet, but I'm on a bit of a budget so I'm not sure how much more I could get. I have everything except for the motherboard, CPU, and CPU fan. (Those are the last I'm buying because I keep trying to upgrade my cruddy Dell, and everytime I buy something it doesn't fit right cuz I got a terrible setup from Dell.) Hopefully I will get everything within the next week or so and get it all set up.
I'm looking to build a gaming PC, not too intense right now, but with room for improvement (ie: possibly Crossfire in the future). Let me know what you think, and any suggestions are more than welcome!
I look for ward to learning as much as I can and hopefully contributing in the future to these forums. PEACE!
So far so good with the GPU and RAM. The CPU you want to get seems it will also do fine with gaming. I'm no fan of Gigabyte after my experience with two of their boards, but I'm sure you'll be fine.
This is a very informative community. They have helped me make decisions more times than I can remember. Feel free to ask questions. We won't bite.
