Well I think I narrowed it down to my RAM....I was thinking about getting this stuff along with my new 20" Samsung LCD.....

Usually 2x512s are more OC friendly than 2x1G sticks.
Anyway, the correct divider should allow sucessful OCing with your current RAM. Moving up to 2x1G modules is a good idea with the system and gaming demands of today.
Considering the price, I would be tempted to go with the better timings of the below CAS2 DDR400
Agreed with duke, for a few $ you can have tighter timings. Why not!?

U might be able to hit 3.0Ghz but I think on an x2 3800 your gonna need a huge bump in vcore to get over 2.9, prolly not enuff to be worth the xtra heat, but thats just my experience with the x2 4000.
