You dont do gaming in 16:10 in 2011, only 16:9.

For that reason all 120 Hz monitors are 1920x1080.

There are some old 16:10 monitors (1680x1050 but they will disappear from the market any day now)

The Answer on the question is Asus VG236HE or Samsung S27a950D / 750D

the benq one is supposed to be very good, however I would get the Asus vg236h. or the vg236he, but you only save like 80 bucks, and for that little money its worth it to at least TRY the 3d vision to see if you like it, I have heard its absolutely phenomenal and has to be seen to be appreciated.

I might get the VG278h but thats a 27".

I've been doing it for the last four years (and I'm far from the only one), before that it was 1280x1024 (5:4), then 16:10 due to the resolution that came first. Why would I want 16:9 over 16:10? I don't get why they keep making monitors for PC with 16:9 when 16:10 was there first and has MORE pixels. I guess it's due to movies and console resolutions, but still, it's no point as you can have black bars instead when you do use 16:9. I'll be going for 16:10 monitors as long as they're made.
