I believe xflow has dual pass, I have the xflow dual fan version, and I don't even know...
is the xflow better? the 5$ diff aint big for me if its better
nvm i found somethin
do tell if you find out the difference please...
The only difference that I see in the features is that the X-Flow is a "Single-pass U-flow tank configuration" and the other is "Two-pass U-flow tank configuration."
X-flow is single pass and the other is a dual pass. Dual pass will give you better temps. Let me know if you have more questions about it.

IMO dual pass is better. A lot of variables to consider when putting together the loop though..a lot depends on whether your WB is restrictive and whether your pump has sufficient head/gph. With a restrictive WB and a high pressure punp like the D5 a dual pass is going to provide the best result IMO.
