Okay, I got everything setup, I turn on my PC, CPU fan makes a FAINT turn, stops.

So I take out my 4 Pin connector, and my 20 pin, put the 20 pin in and try it.

Everything turns on! Except video! Monitor LED stays orange..dosen't turn green. I tried an old PCI video card, an old AGP video card, and my 9600Xt.. NOTHING.

Okay so this is weird. I try to plug in my four pin connector again..same thing!

This is a 250Watt power supply by the way, maybe thats the prob?

I would have used my 350W but thats not here with me..please post ideas.

Depending on how much you have in your system I would most likely say that it is a power consumption problem that can be resolved by getting a higher output PSU or that your PSU may be bad.

PSU might be the problem but it SHOULD work

try disconnecting the power from all ide devices and just connect the CPU, MAIN, and cpu fan power connectors.. if that works you know the PSU isnt powerful enough
