The mobile CPU's use less power to reach the same clock speed as desktops, although the FSB is toned down on XP's to 266 I've seen em running at 400fsb, about normal voltage for a regular desktop chip, the lower voltage makes it much easier to cool. Hence better OCing potential. That and the multiplier's are unlocked.
