how much is too much voltage? what amount of voltage should i make sure my card is under?

i thought it was 1.087v max safe voltage. is your gigabyte the one with 2 fans on it? what are the temps at what fan speeds do you get?

I have 60/61ºC full load (folding 24/7) and yes is the 2 fan version
i managed 950/1900/2000 the fan is at 100% does not bother me same goes for my GTS450 direct cu 1.15v and 1000/2000/2000 also 24/7 folding max temp of 43ºC

As high as it will go & still function correctly under load at x settings & temps.
Unless you physically mod the card, we're only talking about ~.2-.25 difference from low to max allowable (via voltage unlock in bios) & even less of a range if you didn't.

i just saved my new bios, but how do i flash it?

not sure how to use nvflash, do i just put nvflash and my new bios on a usb drive and boot to it?
