It says 475W right on the label.

It's a decent, modern Delta Electronics unit, with a decent +12V capacity, probably built on a double forward topology (what most 80PLUS and 80PLUS Bronze PSUs are built around).

Its seems to me like a 475W. It IS a delta, so it can't be that bad, but I wouldn't bet on it actually pumping out more than 450.

you see i figured 475, so i swapped the mobo out it was powering using the same CPU, removed the GPU and used one less HDD and it would not power up. So i bust out the 750tx and it powers no problem. what gives?

Could be damaged.
