I'm using 4 case fans, air inside is 27C/80F, and my CPU is 44C/111F idle, i uses AS5 with Zalman 7000Pure Copper HSF and i don't know why my CPU temp won't drop lower

30C is pretty cold.. maybe he lives in Canada, I mean even my processor doesn't run that cool and I have that gigantic Thermalright XP-120. And people with WaterCooling have higher idle temps than that. But I'm no Intel expert...

what's your normal room temeperature?

in my place a normal idle temperature is like 37C or sumthin and a full load would go up to 50C or higher

I agree with the others, the fact that you are using a Prescott is why the temps as high, your idle now is 44C, mine was 46C with watercooling.
You should be happy that your temps are that low right now.

I don't see a cooling problem with your system.
