When Fermi hits the market.
Which doesn't have a scheduled release date right now. But, from random articles and stuff it will prolly be either late Dec or Q1 2010

I just got the 5770 for 199.99 and 3d mark gives me a score of 13,000 + not bad.

06'? I get 18500 with my 260 and the two cards aren't that far apart. What are your processor and card speeds?

They just released about 5 cards in the span of a month. I don't think they'll be releasing anymore anytime soon. I think they have a large enough market lead right now, where ATI can wait and see what the competition is capable of.

Not for awhile. Close to when Fermi comes out.

Until supply catches up with demand retailers are gonna keep charging a premium for the cards since they will fly off the shelf at almost any price.

That's mucho cash for a 5770. $165 at Egg for the Sapphire one. His and XFX the same I believe.
