You going to need to have a more descriptive title than "When" or the mods will delete it.
But on topic, I'm not sure when but I'm making a new case regardless and posting it in my wrok log, I jsut think you need to have a detailed log of how and when you did it, unless there is a timeframe you need to be in, then I'm sure you can submit it
