i just ordered mine, regardless of how it performs for the reviews, i want to see for myself what the actual performance is. I needed another cpu for my rigs anyway so i guess i will use it. I ordered a 8150 off tiger. now will they ship it today? idk

I checked some other sites, Amazon doesn't have new Bulldozers. MicroCenter only has the 4 and 6 core FXs and Frys Electronics doesn't have anything either.

Hoping Newegg drops some 8150s today. Only part I'm waiting on to finish my build

Now I just need to figure out which Gigabyte board I want to pair it up with.

Yes, the 990FXA-UD3 mentioned above is the best choice. The UD5 and UD7 both have problems with vdroop.

Thanks guys. I'll have have to take a look and do some reading up on the UD3. I want to give Gigabyte a shot because I'm a little disappointed with ASUS and their lack of support for the Rampage III Black Edition. Especially after paying $600 for the board.

I'm looking to upgrade my 1090T/Crosshair III system so, I will give the UD3 a look. Thanks.
