Where do the ac97 and HD Audio wires go to?

Hey guys. I have a pcp80 chassis that has 2 connectors I am confused about. One is hd audio, and the ohter is ac97 connector. Where do these plug into?

In the mobo instruction manual I found 3 ports for audio plugins. Azaila HD Audio header, Front panel audio- for use with system chasis, and SPDIF connector-digital audio connection.

So which ones do I plug where?

Thanks for your time.

It is either one or the other. The cable is made with both to be compatible with a wider range of boards. Your board uses the HD audio, so plug the HD audio into the motherboard header here:

(This is the bottom left corner of the board just below the last PCI)

Thank you. + rep all the way.
Yeah, just plug in the HD audio, and leave the AC97 disconnected.
Also, make sure you specify in BIOS which you are using. Some boards have AC97 as the default, or have an AUTO function.
