I have the ATT version of that phone (HTC Rhodium).I'm not sure if there is an official update from microsoft or HTC for WinMo 6.5 but I am running a custom ROM from xda-developers.com which includes 6.5. If you need more help ask me.

EDIT:

I am assuming they are from Verizon since you called it the Touch Pro 2. WinMo 6.5 can be downloaded from here. Search for winmo 6.5 for what ever carrier you have under where it says WWE Versions. I am also assuming you know how to flash the phones. If not let me know, Ill try to help you as much as i can.

I go here but find nothing to download 6.5. Doesn't make much sense. Thanks for any help guys.
What carrier are these phones on? If they're on Verizon or Sprint, you'll need to be sure to find a CDMA version. If they're on T-Mobile or AT&T, you'll want a GSM version. Since you're looking to upgrade from 6.1 to 6.5, I'm guessing they're on Verizon or Sprint since I'm pretty sure the T-Mobile and AT&T versions shipped with 6.5.

If these VPs are using their phones for work and need 100% stability, I'm not sure I'd recommend a custom ROM from XDA-Developers or PPCGeeks since they're custom and hacky with stability not guaranteed.

You can find stock CDMA ROMs here: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=91940

Thanks for the help guys. So it's probably not best updating yet? I thought 6.5 was official now? I wanted to upgrade them because I heard the interface is more finger friendly now. Btw we are on Verizon.

Definitely upgrade. Windows Mobile 6.5 is leaps and bounds better than WinMo 6.1.

I'm just suggesting that since you're supporting some VPs, you might not want to upgrade to a custom XDA-Developers build and just stick with the official Windows Mobile 6.5 upgrade.

Download the "RUU_Rhodium_W_WM65_VERIZON_WWE_3.04.605.3_RS_2.23 . 00WV_NV_VZW_1.94_1111_PRL58005_Ship.exe" from the PPCGeeks link I provided earlier. And here are some step-by-step instructions directly from Verizon:
